Lack of safety precautions as the oven glass broke immediately on us and the glass shattered everywhere and we were held accountable for it although we have not done anything to it, additionally it lacks hygiene in bathrooms and maintenance as the bathroom was filled with mosquitoes and the sinks clearly need maintenance. The only positives are the room sizes and close proximity to food options other than that the service is not good to as there seems to be a shortage of staff for luggage though the guy is really nice and hardworking but in such a busy week one person to do the job is too much. I honestly think that the 5 star rating is overrated, 4 at best. Need to also note that the WiFi security is bad too as the password is too weak. Edit: The management is not helpful and when it comes to luggage sorting it’s very terrible from the management side , it takes 20 minutes to get your luggage when you checkout

Room service 3 stars because they couldn't arrange basic necessity like

There was no hot water. Maintenance took long time to come. Only one lady in reception and working as operator same time. Long time for check in. Parking entrance very narrow. Very Noisy rooms. No clean service show up since morning upto 13:00. Seems there are shortage in manpower. Low budget hotel. 2 Stars only. Not recommended at all.

It's a good hotel, the rooms are comfortable, the staff is very nice, I only spent a day but it was good, and it's also close to the airport.

I gave 5 stars as I have stayed in many hotels and apartments in UK. Europe, Middle East and South Asia ????.

The rooms are immaculate, spacious, comfortable and value for money.

Service
Excellent service, all of the staff are very pleasant, professional and friendly. Very helpful and always smiling and helping guests. The wear clean uniform and their appearance is very good, alway well dressed and look very active.

Each and every member of staff always do their best to help you and support you but Zeeshan and Asish always goes above and beyond the call of duty.

The room cleaning staff are very professional and well trained and clean rooms thoroughly and leave rooms spotless.

Location
For me it is very good location as I don't like too much noise and it is also close to work, my work is only 10 to 15 mins drive and Abu Dhabi Airport is only 10 mins drive too. There are amenities not too far from here. Infield Market is only 50 yards from here where you can get all the stuff you need.

There is also a restaurant The New Shell near by, although it is a very small but they have around 30+ page menu and they have wide range of food from a number of different countries and food is very delicious and prices are very reasonable too.

The sprawling suburb of Khalifa City holds professional cricket matches at Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium, and has horseback riding, kitesurfing, and go-karting at Al Forsan International Sports Resort. Built as an eco-sustainable business district, Masdar City is noted for its Arabic-style architecture and technology parks. Residential areas of apartments and villas have neighborhood shopping centers and cafes.

Not a 5 star! Cannot get hot water. No restaurant or breakfast available. Swimming pool and sauna closed.
Please book this hotel if you just only need a clean room and a bed.
On the bright side, Hotel personnel is very polite

stayed there for 2 months and a half, everything was great, staff are really nice and helpful the room was spacious and clean, really enjoyed our time there definitely recommend for anyone looking for a hotel in that area.
