Yesterday I ordered from lulu ..then he came almost 2 hours late ..then he came with no change . I took the items and he came back with change all this delayed me from my job .and they offered me 15 dirham voucher for what happened .. Today ..I want to place an order and the app shows my lulu order was cancelled .and its telling me that I am blocked due to violation of term and conditions . And when I emailed them they sayed the block is permanent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very bad service.they took my money and I didn’t receive my order I tried to reach but the app won’t let me . I emailed customer service 4 times and I got no reply
