I have been a client of ushi since 2017. I always love going back to this nailspa because of their excellent service and the staff were all professionally trained. And the receptionist were all nice and accommodating, esp ms abby, she always greet everyone with her big smile, she’s indeed a very cheerful person. ????????Special thanks to lordelyn for taking good care of my nails eversince I have been a client of ushi. She is so sweet and kind and I admire her dedication at work. ❤️ Also, thanks to merry for her diligence and passion for work. ????????????

My only complain is the limited selection of nail polish and also, you must replace your nail polish because it has an expiration of atleast 18mos upon opening and its not healthy for nails to have expired nail polish. ????

I have been consistently using this location's services since April of 2022. I came to Al Ain from America as a nurse and was worried about finding a provider to take care of my nails. I have been so pleased at this location. They are warm and welcoming and keep me comfortable. There services are handles professionally and they seem genuinely happy to be of assistance. The color choices are always plentiful and I consistently get positive comments from my colleagues.

One of the worst saloon in scheduling an appointment. They confirm your appointment and before you come they call you to delay or cancel it! Be professional and put a calendar for your appointments. I’m a regular customer and for the last three weeks they do it twice for me. Thanks and never be back there

Jave gives the best massage you will ever have. Nice facility, very friendly staff all around. I have been there for many kinds of services. However, the prices for keratin treatments are not at all competitive for the Al Ain market!

they don’t respect time and appointments. If you have an appointment, expect to wait extra 20 minutes.
I’m only writing this because it happened more than once.

I pay a lot to make the acrylic nails and did not last even 2 weeks . After 3 days one nail are broke and even do I go back to fix it and to fix the other nails still not even 14 days has past and two other nails are brock. I pay money for nothing . Never will go there
