This is a fantastic place to relax and definitely the best place to have an authentic coffee many thanks to yogen for the great hospitality and professionalism! I was very indecisive with what to drink and he gave me great options suited my taste, will come back keep it up

Barista Raju was very friendly and accommodating.

Ordered: spanish latte, espresso double shot. Both Ethiopian beans.
Service: 10/10
Parking: 6/10
Ambiance: 7/10 would’ve been nice having music playing. Especially that we were only 2 customers and it was morning time
Price: 10/10 around 30 aed for 2 orders

The place is small but very nice and classy . The staff are very friendly and helpful . I tried 360 with Ethiopian coffee and it was nice. I also tried the cake which great as well.

When it comes to price that was another story . It was expensive. I would say more than the average .

One Of The Best Coffee Shops In Abu Dhabi.I Really Recommend Everyone To Come And Try Everything.The Desserts Are Amazing.Thanks Shade Cafe For The Wonderful Service.

Really did not like the service in this cafe. The order was accepted by the waitress, who many times asked the same order again. The order was brought one by one with an interval of 5-7 minutes. When ordering, ordered five servings of pancakes. As a result, brought only two servings. After a long wait, he asked about other servings, the employees left to confer in the kitchen. No one explained the reasons for the delay. Finally, the waitress came out and said that the food was out, so there is no way to cook the remaining portions of the pancake. He demanded an account, and it shows only one serving of pancake and eggs, which I did not order. Coffee was brought without sugar, which is served by default in other establishments. And here, they clarified the need for sugar several times after I asked him to bring it. I asked to call an Arab-speaking supervisor, but they told me that he did not pick up the phone. He left his phone and waited a day, hoping that the supervisor would call back, but once again made sure that this cafe did not care about customers. I really do not recommend this institution.

no ac in the coffee shop…. i love the decor but the ac is the most important thing in this weather
