Where to start? Terrible company, strongly recommend avoiding, very unreliable in every way. Make promise after promise and broke it. Allowed the house I was renting to be sold with out even informing me. Told me to go ahead with emergency repairs and didn't refund the money. Poor communication with their staff and head office. No maintenance carried out after promising they would do it. The one star is too high.

One of the worst services! Can not trust any words by them! Just bunch of lies!
Especially the Guy Mudassir and girl Disha! One of the worse professionals ever!
Complained to his manager Ahmed and he too has no clue! My 90000 cheque is stuck for almost two months and they don’t even attend phone calls or reply back!

I had the opportunity to work with Town properties earlier, and I would recommend to of the staff there Ahmed and Mudassir there. They were professional and did show a positive attitude, and were trusworthy while dealing with them. Would recommend them for someone who is looking to either buy or rent out a property in Abu Dhabi.

I have sent a request to consultant Ahmed Goeim asking him to confirm the price of the offecial advertising post, he said it is real, but he gave excuses that made the price 200k higher! when i stepped back he accused me that i wasted time (in this 5 minutes chat) and that i am not serious! and he didnt stop untill i mentioned that i will report his messages to the police! thats my personal experience. NOTE: messages are available for references.

Worse experience ever!!

They promised villa in Al Reef to move in for a certain day well before our contract expired with other property we were living in.

Two days before actual moving in day villa not ready yet. One month and a half later still waiting to move in...False promises constantly.

Had to cancel removal day several times along the way, not contract where we were living and had to pay daily rent.

Daily calling desperate to get updates...No answering most of the time.

Not regards at all for the position they put us into.

Finally gave up and had to find another property as soon as possible (less than a week) as our electricity and water were to be disconnected.

Never got any apology for the distress they put our family in, our summer holidays ruined.

Please avoid this company at all costs.????
