UPDATE: I had the opportunity to meet the Manager of the store during my return flight. He was waiting for me after midnight and was there to show the video footage that demonstrates the phone they sold me was regularly put in the box.
Unfortunately having the phone in a box and the box in my backpack during all my trip to HongKong, when I found the phone was not in the box when I opened it in my hotel, I thought they sold me an empty box.
It was not the case, the phone was clearly stolen during my flight AbuDhabi-HongKong.
Anyhow, the service provided by Sharaf DG personnel was very gentle and or. Congrats for the way you guys managed the situation

What is this company thinking.... iv got nothing better to do than keep coming back to Abu dhabi airport!! Disgusted with attitude and after sales service.
Learn't lesson NEVER TO BUY ELECTRONICS from DIRTY FREE not DUTY FREE!!
Never will and wudn't recommend any1 else too either.
