This electronics outlet of Sharaf DG is an absolute treat for someone like me who loves electronic gadgets.

Picked up iWatch series 4 here at a price that’s really affordable as compared to prices in India.

The staff (especially Cheryl) were very helpful and patient with my queries.

Of course cards accepted here for payment.

Quality of the products is questionable, since the JBL charge 4 speaker that I bought stopped charging after few uses, and customer service is even worst since they don't want to fix or change barely used, almost new speaker that is under warranty.

I enquired if I could use a pin to swap sim cards. No pin, no pin I was told by the lady. Sure, with a shop full of mobile phones?
Being polite and customer service is important. Apparently the store has great prices and a wide range but I did not bother looking, if they are unable to help with simply opening a phone, I am unwilling to spend time or money there.

some think wrong with their products. i have bought Nokia 8 from this shop while traveling to India in month of junuary 18. within 11months mobile got problem in display. i contacted to the customer support. they are telling to visit the UAE to examine the mobile.

Bought from them an iPhone 8. Got home, turns out it was scratched. Been trying to contact them for a week to have it replaced and I’m getting no answer.
