One of the worst worst experiences with Sharaf dg (ALAin MALL)Check there policy before buying anything because then they will not exchange or return items????????????????????

I recently purchased 65 tv the price of that tv online is 400 less I went android tv they give me normal smart tv when I Champlain to customers service they said you unbox the tv you cannot return or exchange the tv. I went to the store and talked to mangers he was not at all helpful very unprofessional Definitely not going to recommend anyone to buy anything from them.

Never never will buy again here in sharaf dg I buy software but already corrupted and I return ask help but never come help me I call in the call center same he said they will help me but nothing I waste 399 aed for buy software in sharaf dg Alain mall and they just don't care if you enter to the store staff will come and will provide good service to buy but after I buy my god they not help me to fix my problem I waste money can you imagine when you buy to them and will just ignore your problem my god never never again buy in this shop better the other place they will help you if you return but sharable DG never ignore if you return

I want to complain about my last purchase of gas cooker from abu dhabi mall branch.
I notice some area with rust on the gas cooker grates.
It's been purchased less than a year
But they refused to fix under warranty and said I have to pay for it
Not recommended at all

It is a very good place for nice electronics and has loads of things but the two things lacking that made me do 4 stars are that the staff don’t give you space to think and also some of the prices are overly overpriced so that’s my honest review of Sharaf DG

The most daunting part of visiting this store is *entering it*!! There'll be a dozen of sales staff simply hounding the customer as soon they enter. A bit awkward though! You guys can simply let us browse and wait until we ask for help. Thank you!
