Will be avoiding this car park and Coventry City Centre as much as I can! This car park and Salt Lane car park filter out on the road between the Wave and the Squirrel pub, where they don't have right of way onto the main road, which result in HUGE tailbacks. I waited 45 minutes to reverse out of my parking space because traffic was stand still, spiralled all the way to the top floor trying to get out of here. Once I was out of my space it then took me another 40 mins to get from the top level of the car park to the street outside. Absolutely horrendous!

Nice location in central Coventry.
Price is cheap that £1 per hour , £2@2h...
but I park for 2 hour for £3, don't understand the mechanism beyond
Pay process is easy, card or cash, but the pay machine is difficult to find. Please reserve time.

Exactly 3 parking spaces for mother and child that are really tight together. How is one supposed to take their child out of the car in this situation? The option of parking on the other side of the parking is not an option if you have a pram or a buggy and if you're with 2 kids then might as well be prepared for a disaster or an accident. On the other hand there are tons of parking spaces for the disabled which are always empty because... Well because there are so many both on the first floor and on ground level. On top of this the parking is so dirty and smells horrible. This is by far the worst parking I have ever had to use and pay for!

Not many parking places for mother and toddler's 3 or 4 no more than that the rest is for disabled people and that's mostly empty as they like to park at bottom of car park as it's closer to town for them also if u don't have a cash card to pay for parking u have to go to bottom of car park to pay cash discrimination to people with children and people who like to pay cash discusting Coventry City Council

Visited this car park today and what a bargain it was. Only £1.50 all day on a Sunday and the parking rates in the week are really reasonable compared to other car parks nearby.
I easily found a space and it was spacious. Plenty of room to get in & out of the car.
Machines are straight forward to pay too and they accept cash or card payments.

What can I say? It's a car park. Paid £3 for 3 hours, which is V. cheap compared to Oxford. Plenty of space, no one hit my car - success!

Parked there in the evening, in error, didn’t feel safe at all, not many cars there, run down, lots of stairs, very ‘moody’ atmosphere, not a nice experience. Had put the Salt Lane car park in my sat nav which is round the corner but the sign posting is non existent, Checked out Salt Lane on my way back, much nicer, modern, well lit, lots of cars there and close to the centre

Only step free access is on the level with disabled spaces so prams/people who cannot use stairs are left to walk on the ramps with the cars. No family spaces. Nowhere is this stated so found out the hard way! Most floors flooded as inadequate drainage
