Paid 40 for a replacement iPhone 11 Pro screen. Fixing was great, did it straight away. I had it home 6 hours and then a purple line appeared down the front of the phone screen. Had not been dropped, scratched. Barely even touched. Apparently I'd 'given it an impact' which forced it to do that and they wont replace it with a functioning screen because 'I can't prove I didn't drop it'. Screen 12 hours old and 40 now down the drain. NEVER coming here again

This is a very good place to get your electronics fixed at got it back the same day with in 2 hours phone was in a very good condition I got my screen fixed it looked brand new and very cheap price

I thought I was on dragons den with the sale pitches thrown my way. all I wanted was a screen repair not a new handset. ???? I went to VV phones and sorted the issue just as I was expecting, without being offered every electrical item in the shop as a replacement to my original phone ????????u200d♂️

Wish I could vote this company lower than 1 star they do not even deserve that! I bought an iphone 7 from this shop on the 07/10/20 everything was great for about 3 weeks or so then my phone suddenly started having signal issues to the point i could not call, text, or even connect to the internet! took the phone back in to say that I could not redeem the warranty due to damage to the phone I have caused and in turn that damage has now caused the motherboard to break??? they are now asking for an additional 100+ pounds on a phone that I purchased 3 weeks ago, after explaining my frustration to the staff member he offered to give me a phone for £100??? how could a whole new phone cost less than just the motherboard really would not suggest going here at all

Have known these guys for a long time now.

They are open and honest and will try their very best to help you.

If your phone is already unlocked, they will tell you and not charge a penny.

They are not the cheapest, however the charge a very good price for a very good job and that is what you need!

Have spoken to them again today about unlocking a phone. They are only £1.00 more than the cheapest place, but I know that if I need to go back for anything these guys will always put it right!

Wonderful customer service, excellent fixing and collection time and great service would highly recommend. They also tell you exactly what they are doing and give you the best advice. 10/10

Went in to unlock iPhone for my daughter, friendly staff who helped with the unlock said it could take up to 2 weeks due to network provider. Took details and within the 2 weeks I received a text from Benzer confirming phone should now be unlocked. All working perfectly.
