Food Packing was excellent. But Doubt on quantity and taste. Juice Quantity and price never matches. Delivery Man was a good behaving person.

Should focus more on Taste and quantity for the high price.

Disgusting customer service. Cold food . Less taste , high price for the packaging i guess . In totally its just wasting your time and wasting money . Felafil is not totally cooked . They serve before its completely cooked. Behaviour is 1 out of 10 in grade.

I didn't expect it to be this BAD!!! I was disgusted the whole time. The chicken, the bread, the potato and EVERYTHING was NOT FRESH at all!!!!!! and they didn't EVEN BOTHER to heat it!!!!! It was COLD and stood right there. It makes me sick just thinking about what invaded my digestive system.THE ONLY THING THAT WAS FRESH IS MY ANGER OVER MY LOST MONEY.

Honestly?? Do us a favor and shut down the restaurant because you're feeding the people unhealthy food.

Amazing shwarma probably one of the most unique and tasty shawrmas in al ain currently the tortilla bread makes for a perfect replacement to ordinary bread and its well made with great prcies currently one of my favorite places always order for them wanting a shwarma
