Plus their office is spotless clean and they offer great coffee :)

Good place to rent your office space.very courteous staff and the Coffee is on them.

Be aware if you rent an office from them. They are highly unprofessional and they did not return our money after they couldnt provide us with Tawtheeq.
The story: Our company has paid for an office last year in advance but we never received the tawtheeq contracat which is necessary for license renewal. After writing back and forth and many visits they only reimbursed a bit more than half of the money 3 months later but the rest is still not returned. So we not only had a lot of hassle and had to rent another office in another business center (Glassqube BC - highly recommended!!) we are still waiting for the rest of our money one year later!!

To make matters worse, we have offered them that instead of paying back the money, they could rent us a small office for half year instead. They agreed (The Manager Nader) but nothing happened again!! This is not the way a business center should be acting at all. They are spoiling the reputation of Abu Dhabi! shame
