I’ve had a really insightful discussion with Mr. Cenk where we conducted a live profile/motivation assessment exercise and had a follow up discussion on its results.

The session also contrasted the results of my own self-assessment with the one we conducted together.

The tool is highly recommended for anyone wishing to understand what they are motivated by and how their values are structured, which drives their behavior and decision making.

This will definitely shed light on many of your behavioral patterns and will allow you to compare yourself with others when you need to, due to the firm’s experience and exposure to a large pool of diverse participants.
