We went there to exchange our reading books and the staff there were helpful and friendly. The book challenge is on now for the children, they got their first prize;some stickers and a book mark. My children were able to return their own books on the user friendly machine. This place is welcoming and we are never told to leave for the long times we are there. I thank you for such a great place to come with children. Oh and there's a lot of up to date big screen computers we are able to use. Very nice place for disabilities as the venue is all on one floor.

Nice clean and professional staff.
Not a huge variety of books but it's normal.
Computers are working fine.
Toilets are clean.
Extra courses are Nice and free

Today, Asian security was a rude attitude when a lady and I talked about Council Tax, I wrote the paper because I am Deaf and BSL communication. He interfered us, he was pushy and not polite to me as he was not patience, I typed a detail in a computer machine. Asian security said to me come on,sound like hurry up, when I typed the details in it as my eyes balanced through little Bell's Palsy..He was ignorant and not nice and he thinks I was stupid like this. He did not help me and he phoned his mobile around, he makes me so angry and my husband was with me there.The lady helped me to book the details..I appreciated her help. Asian security is a horrible man with no Deaf Awareness.

Very good for young children, they have lots of books and activities, such as story, craft and music time. They have a nice back garden section with bikes and tricycles for small kids. There’s also a useful My Council section where you can get help with issues. They are also meeting rooms you can hire out and a medium to large hall. Unfortunately it seems they closed the cafe they used to have.

Very polite and helpful staff when I took my 2 Granddaughters on Tuesday. Thanks to them we are fully signed up for the reading challenge.

The library side is closed, they were only open 4 the cancel office side of it. I walked from slough as the one in town is no longer there only 2 b told i now have 2 make an appointment if i need to hand something in. Not inpressed as i then had a appoiment a week later whick i had 2 call to make as i was not aloud to so on my frist vist i did not get in the door. On the day i had 2 wait 20mins as i was early and the lady was at lunch and althought she was very helpful i was it took her 5mins 2 deal with my requistnot happy
