I would highly recommend Independant Estates in carluke. I put my house on the market on the Friday, left a key with them and went on holiday. My house was sold the following Tuesday. Really really, job very well done.
They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and Lynn on the other end of the phone couldn't have been nicer or more pleasant. Definitely 10/10 for this company.

I would like to thank and recommend Sandy and Lynn at Independent Estates Carluke, for the excellent service they provided myself and my sister when selling our family home. After a very stressful 9 months their empathy, advice and support to us was tremendous. They understood how difficult it was, provided excellent communication with us and went above and beyond dealing with many other agencies. I completed both a sale and a purchase through Lynn, Sandy, Stuart and the team at Independent Estates. Helpful, friendly, approachable and it is clear that they know the local property market well. I don’t intend to be moving house any time soon, but would happily recommend IE to anyone looking to sell - cannot fault from start to finish. Thank you so much for all your help!

If you are looking for an estate agent to sell your property I would most definitely recommend this company.

From start to finish, Lynn and Sandy were helpful, friendly, and approachable yet at the same time professional. Their support and advice made a big difference to the process of moving house.

You can’t put a price on great service and staff that go the extra mile to make your sale and purchase a seamless process , loved the 3D modelling as part of our sale so worth the additional cost as it payed off for us with a great sale price , have used independent estates in the past and as with always would recommend them as I rate there exceptional work and a great local business

An excellent service. An offer was made on the property after only a few days on the market. It was subsequently sold to the person who made the offer for a price in excess of the asking price.
Lynne in the Carluke office helped me through the process of selling and as I had never put a house on sale before her advice was invaluable. Sandy, who surveyed the property, also gave sound advice on the value which was higher than I expected. All-in-all they helped me cope well with what could have been a very stressful process.
