worst cinema experience ever. shoutout to the manager Mr.Farma for giving a group of people his back when complaining that the screen shut off mid movie. And the food service is bad too. Only 1-2 cashiers working on a Friday night. Where is the sense in that? After a long going fight to get the ticket money back as we didn’t get to continue the movie they did not prioritize the group with a pregnant woman. Yes, we got our money back to be fair but after being pushed into the cinema and hushed to wait as if it wasn’t 12am already and we are civilians that want to head back home. In addition, the so called manager Mr.Farma made the customers pick the tickets out of the garbage themselves. If you want a movie where the screen to stop working mid-movie then i suggest Star Cinema Buwadi Mall and to top your visit have a talk with Mr.Farma. Otherwise I suggest investing your money in another cinema with a better smoother experience. I have attached a photo of the broken screen. Shame on you Star Cinema you wasted my Friday evening.

If there is a way to give zero star Iwould have give that. Very bad customer service and the staff in the food and beverage counter are not trained well and they are arrogant, especially the staff name called Mrs Raveena. When I complained to the manager, even infront of him too, she was so arrogant.

Absolutely no rush at any time on weekdays. Plenty of seats. Great caramel popcorn

There is a weak adherence to rules & regulations. People smoke pipes free inside cinema hall that makes atmosphere so unhealthy and disgusting. The staff are not helping in kicking those prople out due to their violation of rules.. so bad

Worst cinema in alain. Ashok in the food counter always has bad attitude. I remember his name from around 5 years now because he’s still here and always has bad attitude towards customers

Im editing because Ashok still showed me bad attitude. I said hi and he ran away and completely ignored me. THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE PUT IN PLACE

While watching movie screen got blank and we waited for 30 mins but still it didn’t fix to watch the ending of the movie TU JHUTI MAI MAKKAR. While coordinating with the staff they were just pretending to play the movie but the didn’t play the movie. Worst experience in the Star cinemas. I'll never prefer to my family and friends to visit star cinemas bawadi mall. I hope management will take action against this. Customer satisfaction is much important.

Star Cinema at Al Ain Bawadi Mall is my favorite from day one (2016/2020 Jan.) I always make sure whenever I am going for movie I will go to star cinema Bawadi Mall , it has a very friendly atmosphere, comfortable seats, large screes, best sound system plenty parking
There are plenty of screens showcasing many movies at a time; always a wide variety to choose from. Three different classes of screens available: Normal, platinum and grand, with increasing level of luxury and comfort. I've haven't attended any grand screens however. Snack counters are abundant. Main lobby is simple but well designed, platinum lobby is more impressive. Seats are comfortable, but in platinum you may be bothered by the lighting on the stairways as they are bright. Great place to spend your time.

Bad management, they left the lights on a few times during the movie , seats not very comfortable but at least there are good movie collections
