This branch delivers the expected Starbucks experience.
I had a Strawberry Cream Frappuccino and a Turkey Cheese Croissant.

I usually come to this place to do some work, usually very quit inside, especially at night when I come. very spacious place inside, but only three tables available outside.

Great place to hang out with friends I guess because there are many people who come to hang out here and usually loud ;)

Parings are available here free of charge, although never used them.

The best things is that it opens 24 hours, so anytime you can come anytime you want.

One downside is the availability of bathrooms, although one is available on the other side of the building, however is not that great.

Finally, they should do something about the AC, which is usually very cold, perhaps it is just me who does not like the coldness ;)

I always pass by Starbucks in Etihad plaza and the staff never fail to amaze me. I met Frank once again, and he is as nice as the first time i met him. Friendly and helpful. I feel like I am around good friends whenever im here.

❣️ the most good thing is it is 24/7 coffee shop so that I can go anytime.

❣️ All of staffs are so nice! How sweet they are :)))

❣️ it is really good place to read a book, meet the people, and also study.

The quality of the coffee falls below expectations. When requesting assistance from the waitstaff to address the issue or request a replacement, their response is unprofessional and accompanied by unfriendly nonverbal cues. The fact that a well-known brand like Starbucks serves subpar coffee indicates a deficiency in the overall service provided

I want to thank Pema,Krishna,lailani and namkha for their positive attitude and the good customer service that they provide for all customers, I feel like i’m home here and they are the main reason ! Their smile and energy made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
