It was a busy Saturday but they seemed completely overwhelmed. I went into order instead of using drive through and regretted it. I waited an age in a cramped space with literally dozens of orders being processed before mine. My order was ready for collection but after 5 mins had to ask where it was as they were serving order numbers placed at least 25 after me. Food miraculously pitched up but was luke warm, suggesting it had been set aside and forgotten. If you want to have a million ways to push your food out and print money like this place, you still need some basic good customer service and enough staff to keep things going.

Mcdelivery frequently. Unfortunately some moron within that mcdonalds can't read or is afraid to pick up sauces. Not sure which. Every order is the same. Food good, naff all sauces. (Even paid for sauces) I've started going to the place to pick it up, Which then makes mcdelivery obsolete. Can I request of a full box of each please, to take the stupid away from said member of staff.

Three times I have ordered on just eat from this McDonald’s and they have got the order wrong which I haven’t complained about up to now but I have just been through the drive through and ordered a cheeseburger happy meal and a chicken nugget happy meal not a difficult order to get wrong you would think!!!!!! But when we got home we had two chicken nugget meals which really upset my son as this is his weekly treat!! How hard is it to differentiate between chicken nuggets and a cheese burger if it was just me I wouldn’t be as bothered but this has now been 4 times this is just incompetent and so slack.
I am paying for a service and this is just not good enough!!
If you are going to a McDonald’s in Wakefield go to the one on Dewsbury Road and give the one on the cathedral park a wide berth

Been many a time at late hours, myself n me partner both work I. Hospitality so normally 11pm is an early finish, swang by tonight and actually got very good service, I asked her name she said it was Sam, truly a credit to the company, good lass

Once again missed out half the order for breakfast pretty much every time we have ordered from them it’s been the same result, after ringing up at 10 past 11 once the order arrived we were told breakfast has finished so they can’t even replace the missing items I honestly don’t get how they can mess up repetitively. It’s a skill clearly

Disappointing visit today bigmac came with cheese after selecting no cheese so unable to eat and the fries were soggy not crispy like usual. Unable to ring and complain as the machine didn't give me an order receipt.

We chose to use the drive in, as it looked busy inside. The food was delicious. I ordered the spicy chicken burger and it was so tasty I would definitely have it again.
