Booked a taxi transfer to Manchester Airport for 4.30am did not turn up left us stranded couldn't get another taxi for a while nearly missed our flight. Absolutely unacceptable DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE POOR SERVICE. Rang them numerous times no answer on landline no reply. Rang mobile number too left message no reply. Disgraceful!!

Left stranded!!!
A booking was made to take a frail disabled person out for lunch. Rang for a return trip only to be told could not book in advance I rang again after the third time of trying told nobody could come out even though they knew before hand there would be a return journey. Shame on them!

I took a cap for a train station that is about 20 minutes away from where I live. I was following with Google maps and the driver was taking all the wrong turns he could. The cap picked me at 19:14 and arrived to the destination 20:00 (around 45 minutes). The distance was 13 miles (make your calculations and you'll see the time required!) If I have taken public transportation I would have caught my second train. I ended up waiting for an hour for the following train.
I will never recommend the all black cabs nor calling them again

I rang to book a taxi for 5.30am to get to Liverpool, in order to catch an early coach, and they told me that the drivers only start work at 7am, so they couldn't take my booking. By 7am my coach will have well left. So I had to re-book with someone else. What kind of taxi firm only start at 7am, or am I being fobbed off? I thought all cab firms operated 24/7.

Waited 40 minutes for a cab that never arrived missed hospital appointment which I waited 3 weeks for and now have to wait another month for absolute farce of a taxi service
