Absolute joke of a surgery. Was told to get an appointment with the Doctor & have been phoning in the morning at 8pm & put in queue for half an hour only to be told no appointments are left!! This has been ongoing now for 3 weeks & still no appointment… A complete waste of time & the receptionist are so rude & couldn’t care less.

Rude reception staff that think they are more medically trained than NHS nurse practitioners. You will get refused an appointment with a gp just because they have no duty of care for patients. Looking to register at a new practice where you can have trust in getting the right care for your children.

After showing clear signs of dementia for years, my mother died in hospital last year. She had asked her doctor to keep her or my father's death hidden from me. Now my father has been transferred to a nursing home somewhere, yet the Practice still refuses to discuss the matter with me, or even tell me where he is. Do I need to take legal action to use the Power of Attorney I have for my missing father, or will the Practice step up and apply decency and common sense over the fear of being sued by a 95 year old man.

Practice has severely went down hill. Tried to get my daughter in law into practice but nothing but hassel. Staff are not even aware what it says on there website in relation to accepting new patients. The Manager Euan who has only been in job for a year and a half has no clue.....that's why the staff that were there who were lovely have left.Called Euan in November and still awaiting a call back.
Called today to ask about asthma clinic phone rang and rang and when answered I was told " call back at end of the month" then they hung up....fantastic people skill.... NOT!!!

I recently requested either a phone apt or a face to face. I was given a face to face for same day and I was taken on time. I did have a wait in a queue when phoning but I’m sure the majority of practices have the same problem

This is the worst practice in falkirk. They are rude and totally uncaring and it is impossible to get an appointment. Even if you did get an appointment chances are you will be miss diagnosed

I am sorry to say that I am not happy with the service when I call the surgery. When I finally get through I feel I am being brushed off all the time. I am fully aware that the surgery is busy and everyone has million of questions, however this is the job and as I Manager of hospitality industry I need to point out that the reception team needs to work on great customer services and be a bit more understanding, open minded and helpful. I do feel that I want to change my surgery.

Been on hold for 1hr 14mins . I started 8th in the queue! I hung up as I was only down to 4th. I've actually sat in waiting room and watched reception have a chat and laugh whilst phones are ringing. Absolutely despicable these people can be allowed to run a medical practice by not answering phones when they ring. Now if someone took very ill, god forbid, how would they feel? Doctors really need to look at reviews on here to see who they employ. Sad really as when Dr's Luke and Leonard were in there the place ran smoothly as they took notice of patients. Time for a new practice after 28 years being here.......

Update... 20/1/2023 called 4 days ago to be put into 2nd place in queue and was on hold 59 minutes, then when eventually getting spoken to everytime I spoke I was rudely cut off and spoken over the top of. Now Dr Crowe is retiring then all the old team is no more.
I'll be making the choice to leave now
