I found boots on price,and then when i went to check out they told me that the price is higher than what is written, and it was last one and dirty, and didn’t even try to help,really went out disappointed,don’t recommend at all

Very disappointed, after hardly finding the right size and choosing item and came to the counter to pay found that it has different price from what is on the tag. He said ohh price changes !!

Very bad service. My shoes broken the next day. And they ask me to come again after approval. And when i came they took more than 2 hour to give me the replacement shoes.

Friendly staff always willing to help. Prices are almost similar to the brand’s outlets so I don’t see a point in buying those brands here. But I do find some good stuff here sometimes.

I have been a sun and sands customer since 2013. I have ordered a bag through online application and given my home address.
I have wait more than 3 weeks for the delivery. After 3 weeks when I contacted customer care they have told me that I have to collect that form Dubai store. As am an a AbuDhabi resident why would I collect from Dubai I have clearly given my address and they were very rude to me. First of all they don’t have a customer care contact number all we have to do is chatting. I have spent more than 14 hrs of chatting with 16 different agents. I had to wait long time to connect an agent from virtual assistant you will loose your patience while reading the computerized replays. They were not even ready to cancel my order. They have ask me to cancel from my end. I would suggest don’t buy from sun and sands application until unless your are ready to waste your time and money
If I could collect the-item from the store why should I choose online shopping I could have brought it from the store. So guys please don’t fall in attractive offers and buy from sun and sands online

Collection is not much in the store, found some out dated models and patterns, pricing standards are very costlier than the OG store.
