Never do the mistake of admitting your ward in this school. Substandard teachers. No communication with parents, worst or no response from reception/ admissions or accounts. They will keep you waiting for 1hr but never pick up the calls no matter whenever you call. If you want to loose your peace of mind and invite frustration then this is a perfect school

Arrogance of being located the city, the whole faculty takes the parents for granted starting from principal. After keeping call for hold for more than an hour they don’t even have the courtesy to apologize but infact they argue and justify their action. Either they can increase the staff or leave a auto message for call back. But no, they have decided to ensure to frustrate the parents to the core. Do not consider this school for your own peace of mind

Sunrise International School is one of the biggest CBSE School with various Indoor Play-areas, Ample Parking facilities. Entire Campus looks very promising????
I have got admission secured for two of my kids. Admins and teaching staff were supportive and helpful throughout the initial process. I wish all the best to the management and looking for great start!

My kids are enrolled here. Due to my husbands job site change I had to change my kids school every 1 year, so I have come across different schools in UAE.

So far this is the worse school I have enrolled my kids. The following are few of the problems my kids encountered.

-Uniform was provided in the last week of may, no permanent ID card even now.

-some subject teachers joined very late like after a month (in my case hindi) , and exams wer conducted 2 weeks later , my child has not even seen the portions.

- the worse part is the communication, most of the schools has adapted to email communication and doing it effectively, but here you will not get a reply. Don't waste your time.

- And the worse part there is a front office lady in reception, she behaves terribly to every parents and shouts at kids just like a local school in India. Very unprofessional behavior.

- portals are not updated timely.
I regret my decision of enrolling my kids here now.

Very unprofessional experience from the school management. I wish ADEK will have a look into the unethical and unprofessional attitude. When a new school was coming in City it was of high expectations and since it is a branch of Sunrise the expectation was even more high. While on reality it was a total disaster. Especially for parents. Management is concerned about only money. The transportation fee is very high. Very low quality books and uniforms at very high rate.
But the most annoying thing is the attitude of school management towards the queries of parents… in the current scenario me discontinued my sons education and transferred my daughter to other school within Abu Dhabi really worth of providing education. Myself went through a lot of mental stress due to this school. I don’t have any other option rather than change school. I have maintained patience and during October as parent face the job loss situation and tried to discuss the principal for getting the fees payment monthly option. They denied to meet us and it was very unprofessional way to handle the parents concern. I have to maintain patience and me did the payment for daughter and discontinued my son KG since I feel better to give personal tuition rather than sending this school and continue at native,. It’s management responsibility to improve or else you only will suffer in long run...

The most frustrating thing is getting an appointment to meet Principal. Not having time to meet parents and to address their concerns. Respected Principal & management… Are you playing hide and seek? Please don’t test the patience of parents… it’s not a request as we don’t have to plead… try to resolve issues rather than scratching our patience…

Please note, they will not accept any concerns of parents on the fee payment as they won’t accept any card payment which is highly a support to us. Management is so adamant on their policies and will shoot their requirements in the last moment.

Finally I can suggest it as a finance institution running without any ethics rather than an educational institution.

All good as of now, fee seems to be little higher, mainly school transportation, uniform and books fee.
Must say that the campus is very big with all the amenities as advertised, but yet some to come like swimming pool.
Came to know from few parents that the school washrooms are not clean, hope the maintenance department takes care of it.
Expecting from school management to rethink on the transportation fee which seems to be very high.

Do not recommend the school from my experience. My kids were studying here and changed the school the same year due to bad experience. Does not maintain any discipline . There are students in the class who do vaping even at the age of 13 and did not get any positive response from the management when highlighted. The class is mixed and the boys are having inappropriate communication with the girls. Be cautious especially if your daughters are studying there.

I must say that Sunrise International School is one of the biggest CBSE School in the heart of Abu Dhabi City. The location is just within the reach of any neighborhood in Abu dhabi island. The school is expected to start their operations by April and the campus looks very promising. I have just got admission secured for three of my kids and the process was pretty smooth and swift. The teaching staff and admins were supportive and helpful throughout the process. I wish all the best to the management and looking for great start!. Thank you!.
