Went on saturday for lunch. Every table was reserved for later on but it was only 3.30pm, so took one of the reserved tables as they weren't due in till 7pm. Anyway ordered gammon and new yorker chicken which was lovely until I found a long blonde hair in the cheese, which unfortunately put me off. Took it to the bar to show the staff and then waited and waited for a response which didn't happen, so went up to the bar again and the waitress said oh yes I was supposed to come over and tell you, you can have a refund, which I did have. All staff were very flippant and not very helpful at all. Not one of our best visits and will not be rushing back either.
