I paid £5 to leave my car to evening, but the machine is cheating us. Was expecting the expiry time is 17:25 is the signed board, but the ticket printed to 8:00 (see the photo attached ????) I removed my car right away. DON'T PARKING IN THIS PLACE.

Paid the right money but sadly bough the wrong ticket, got a £60 fine, they robbed me, wouldn't park here again if it was the last place on Earth, it had a reputation for stitching people up, sham on the owners

Such a complicated car park! Very easily getting parking fines even if u park incorrectly! Plus rip off too! Just be careful when u park there

Paid for parking in full and received a fine. I was lucky that I still had the parking ticket as evidence but they have not accepted this as proof of payment, instead saying no car with my number plate was registered with that ticket.
Considering I definitely input the number plate into the machine this must be a fault with their machine but premier parking are still demanding £100.

I paid for parking before going to meet a friend at 19:40. So I paid an hour to take me to 20:00 when I no longer hand to pay to park there. I stayed until 23:00 and I now receive a letter for a £100 fine?! Amazing. What a joke. Don't park here. I met one other lady at the car park who mentioned she had a fine there only a few days ago for going over 5 minutes. She told me not to risk the last 20minutes which I didn't. Sounds like they are quite happy go lucky with fines!

Paid for a ticket at 7.18 and paid for 3 hours, I left at 9.01 and I still got a parking fine!!!!! Little did I know from looking at these reviews that they expect you to pay and extra £5 if you’re staying over 8pm! NEVER EVER USE THIS CARPARK!!! the signage it’s awful, never been so angry as I knew I’d paid the right amount!!

I parked here at 1935, paid for an hour via ringo, who charged me the hourly rate + admin fee. I didn't get back to my car until 2135 as I was under the impression that parking was free after 8pm, received a £100 fine a few weeks later from PPS. I have since tried to explain to them the situation and offered them the overnight fee of £5, they have ignored my offer and raised the fine. Do not park here.

DO NOT PARK HERE. I incurred a £100 fine for paying for parking ‘too late’ by 9 mins by using the pay-by-phone option. Despite paying for a full days rate. The appeal I made was dismissed and I’ve been asked to make a payment. Avoid these guys.
