i am totally disappointed with Tadbeer staff service no one knows their role in this organization i have simple issue which was for cancellation of absconding from system to be sorted but believe me or not they made me to go here and there for almost 2 month for cancellation of absconding in order to prepare for new visa within uae and my mother she is a diabetic patient also bp apart from this she has fine all day on her visa status just because no body knows their job objective
when i spoke to local lady on friday morning shift who deals with cancellation of absconding issue in remal mall she said me that she cant remove the ban from system because system is freezed and advice me to go sanaiya branch when i went there on duty lady again send me back to her saying that remall mall staff are the one to deal with this issue, so i don't know who is right in this situation i called call center team mohre and i explained her the issue also we have justice from court on my mother case mother worked as domestic worker to remove the ban from system,they too said me go back to remall mall and inform them they will remove your absconding ban which was given from sponspor
please reply me i need to speak to supervisor on duty urgent of remall mall tadbeer branch

حجزت عندهم خدامه وقالوا بتيي خلال اسبوعين، بعد اسبوعين كل ما اتصلهم يقولون بعدها الاجراءات، لين بعد ما كملت خمس اسابيع قالوا تعال كنسل الخدامه احسلك عن تتريا(بمعنى اصح احلم انها اتييك)، وفلوسك بيردن شيك مب كاش، وبيجهز الشيك بعد اسبوعين. يعني الموضوع نصب في نصب

مدة الانتظار طويلة جدا ويوجد نقص في عدد الموظفين في الفترة المسائية بحيث يوجد موظفتين فقط. وحدة اللي تقدم الخدمه والاخرى مشغولة ومدة الانتظار للمتعامل تزيد على ٤٠ دقيقه
