Visited today, tadbeer service now with tasheel center, only 2 staff, worst service, the lady in counter no 39 is bad behavior, I'm really desappointed

Very poor knowledge, I went to hold my family visa but the people they don't have any information there, they were asking each other, same process I did with typing service very quickly in town centre, I suggest Tasheel should give some training to them, I thought they will be best in ICA services but they prove me wrong

Thank you so much for the help.
I needed an employment history certificate and I was desperate to get it as the Mohre app did not work with my labour card credentials. The center was very helpful. No waiting time. Very small service fee .Card payment.
I was blown away by this service.
