We were in dire need of a long taxi ride due to train strikes recently and Dan of Beeline Taxis was fabulous! Reasonable rate and he was really kind about talking with us along the way - very personable guy and a really nice car as well. Highly recommend this company!

Phoned weeks ago and booked a taxi for valentines night! Man said will put it in diary gave him my name and telephone number! Valentines night a no show so we phoned and Alan of Beeline taxis said we were not booked in but he came to get us and saved the day! Best employee of Beeline Taxis!! Beeline Taxis not so good!!

Absolute rip off. Charged us £45 for a 7 mile 13 minute drive - Lyme Regis to not even as far as Bridport…

Not friendly and ripped us off. Charged us a very different price to what was quoted on the phone - made it up on the spot and then talked to us rudely. Will not be using again.

We are new to the area so we’re unaware that collections from Highlands End are not picked up from the main car park. Waited by the entrance but no one made contact, although I had given them a contact number. Ten minutes after the pick up time we’d booked I called to check what had happened the woman on the phone was unbelievably rude- apparently I was supposed to know that pick ups are ‘always by the fire engine’ and the driver couldn’t possibly return. Another local company was able to pick us up within ten minutes. They get 5 stars.

Deserves wayyyy more than 5 stars, I had ordered another taxi for 2 from Craig's taxis and me and my brother waited an hour. It took beeline taxis 5 minutes to get us. I am very thankful they did because I was on the very verge of a panic attack and my 9 year old brother wouldn't have been able to help me if I had gone into one.

The man who picked us up from freshwater today deserves a raise because he was extremely helpful.

What a fantastic taxi company. They are so competitive on there pricing. There office/Beeline HQ staff are very friendly and helpful. There name's were Russell and Rogger they soon organised my journey for me in no time and with no problems and very well priced. They gave me a very polite and courteous and considerate driver named Tim. Tim got me to my destination very safely and made sure I was ok. I would like to say a big thank you to the Beeline Team and yes I will be using your services again very soon. Thank you L Craig.
