I would not recommend using this jewellery shop for repairs of any gold jewellery.
He quoted me £60 to replace a damaged clasp on my bracelet, when I collected my bracelet he wouldn’t return my damaged clasp to me. The damaged clasp was quite chunky must have been worth something for scrap 9ct gold.

Excellent and friendly service.. adjusted engagement and wedding rings for me that needed cutting and shaping because of my disability..would recommend 5*

My wife took some items of jewelry to be valued. She wishes that she had read some of the reviews. Too late.
Please take photos of your items before he disappears through the back shop because then it's too late. Do not deal with this man someone said conman how true. Please be aware!!

Shocking service man is sooooo rude and still didn't fix bracelet as it was. Had to go to Hinds who did an amazing job.

A very lovely man, cleaned some of my mothers rings at a great price and took around 30 mins. Very kind hearted, couldn't recommend him enough!

This Jewelliers is the best gold shop in Stockton the man is very fair and 100per cent honest he gives you the top price on your gold and I read about the lad that tried to say he broke his watch that lad was trying to get his watch fixed free of charge by saying he had broken his watch rubbish j.r.Simpson

He managed to damage inside of my watch and tried to repair it with blue tack! All I wanted was a new battery. Total con man
