The Filipina lady in the reception is not doing her work. A man inform us to wait and get a token but the lady refused and told us to just call their number. She is not accomodating. I went there around 11:30am to 12:30pm today. I wasted my time there

It is just 1 counter working and not giving any respect to customers!!! Not recommend at all.

The Lady was good and kind who assist us in Counter 5, But the south Indian guy from Counter 21 is the worst person to have as an Employee.
