Being a regular customer of this outlet, Madinat Zayed & Mussafah outlet offers the best items and services compared to this. And the one thing which can't be missed is the service, customer service is so poor and the waiting time is unacceptable, they will say 20 minutes, but the food will be ready only after waiting more than 20 min.
And the attitude of the staff is not welcoming.

While the falooda is ok, the serving size is TINY.

You're better off going to Sea Shell.

Packages and food are best in cheap price ....
But too much delay .not enough quantity bun in 8pc buket no more add on options.even 2 pc and 8pc chicken pack they serving only 1 pc bun

I called to them exactly 10:15PM today and the guy who received the call started to explain the varieties of falooda...
I ordered 2 faloodas and my location is very near by from their shop may be maximum 300 meters...
Suddenly he were not ready to take the order and stated it is very far away and will take much time to prepare falooda which was awkward...
Worst customer service and the guy who received the call...Try to train them properly...
I given single star coz there is no below than...
