One of the Pioneer Gym In Al Ain
Budget Friendly, if you’re not particular in the equipments and not to shabby this is the best place for you, basic yet effective for body building muscle as well as losing extra pounds.
Female Friendly gym, with treadmill and bicycles.
Timeslot changed open 6am-1am

It was great to reunite with my trainer and friend Shibaz Lee after about 5 years. They got nice and spacious gym with some modern gym equipment. Need to get my body in shape again.

A basic bodybuilding gym for men with free weights, running/bike machine, and great bodybuilding atmosphere. Captains are there for those new in bodybuilding and easily approachable. It is not very crowded. It's peak attendance is from 5pm-8pm. As of this posting, membership is AED150/mo, you get discount if you pay for 3 and 6 mos.

Update: Women are also allowed, though I only see one woman with his husband on a Saturday.

Did not really join this gym, but yes have seen it, its good well equipped clean, nice ventilation, trainers r friendly and very affordable price,
