I recently visited The Body Shop store at Yas Mall, excited to take advantage of their advertised sale. However, my shopping experience left me feeling disappointed and deceived. The store had sale racks prominently displayed with items labeled as "sale," but upon closer inspection, it became evident that some of these items were not actually on sale.

When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they assured me that it was a mistake and promised to rectify it immediately. They removed the sale labels from the items I pointed out, claiming that it was a result of the new packaging not being on sale. Accepting their explanation in good faith, I left the store with my purchase.

To my dismay, when I returned after a couple of hours to the store later, I noticed that the same items had their "sale" labels placed back on them. Whether this was a careless oversight or a deliberate tactic to mislead customers, I cannot say for sure. Regardless, it felt like a blatant attempt to manipulate customers into making purchases based on false advertising.

Deceptive sales practices are never acceptable, and they erode the trust that customers place in a brand. Such practices not only leave a negative impression on shoppers but also call into question the store's integrity and credibility. As a consumer, I value transparency and honesty from the businesses I support, and encountering tactics like these is disappointing.

The worst custoemr experience ever as this compnay has no return policy statement at any where of their channels online or offline never buy somthing frol there as you will not be able to communicate with them and get a proper answer they will tell u they will have a new customer and they dont care about u as happened with me literally trust me I'll keep sharing my experience untill it goes viral ☹☹☹☹

The sales ladies are very rude, One of seller had an argument with one customer and starts shouting on her, really very bad service

Nice variety of skin care, spa, make-up, hair, and beauty products though expensive for women (mostly) and for men inside Yas Mall.
