Judith did my nails. I absolutely loved her attention to details, she took her time and insured all nails looked perfect. She also was friendly, had a limited respectful chat as she worked.
For my friend, her nail technician was Lorenna. When she was done, we asked for a nail drier drops, she said wait 10 mins before applying it, then she left. By 10 mins the nails dry anyway! Defeats the purpose. So we waited for the drying before leaving without seeing Lorenna again.
The receptionist are not professional at all. People at the reception should be trained to handle guests, pay the guest attention, eye contact, use the guest’s name, ask about their visit. None of that was received
I wouldn’t come again. The Khalifa branch is better

The seats for attendants are very uncomfortable.
The spot lights in the manicure pedicure area are too bright.
Salon is clean & well maintained.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting the Tips and Toes branch in Yas Mall, and I must say that it was a truly horrible experience. I went in for a hair treatment, hoping to pamper myself and leave feeling refreshed. Unfortunately, my visit turned into a nightmare.
To begin with, the stylist used an excessively high heat setting for styling my hair, which resulted in my hair being burned. Not only did I feel the intense heat during the process, but the smell of burnt hair lingered for days, despite washing my hair multiple times. It was a truly unpleasant and distressing experience.
Understandably upset, I immediately called the salon to voice my concerns and seek a resolution. However, instead of offering a solution over the phone, I was told to visit the branch in person to have my hair checked. This response only added insult to injury, as it implied that I was somehow responsible for the damage caused to my hair.
The lack of empathy and concern from the salon staff was extremely disappointing. As a customer, I expected them to take responsibility for their mistake and offer a suitable remedy. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness and inconvenience.
As someone who values u200bu200btheir hair and personal well-being, I cannot stress enough how upsetting this entire experience was. The negligence and lack of professionalism displayed by Tips and Toes at Yas Mall is completely unacceptable. It is essential for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and address their concerns promptly and adequately.
I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before visiting the Tips and Toes branch at Yas Mall. If you expect quality service, professionalism, and a satisfactory resolution in the event of an issue, you will likely be sorely disappointed. There are certainly better options available in the area that value their customers and prioritize their well-being.

I do not advise anyone to go waste their money on that place, you will pay for a misery and pay expensive for a cheap service.
I went for a manicure and pedicure with shellac for my feet.
I paid for manicure without manicure, the lady cleaned my cuticles with a product but did NOT cut the cuticle ????????u200d♀️
I went for a manicure and left with my cuticles intact, this is a joke. She then applied the normal polish color, one coat after the other without waiting for the first coat to dry which makes it impossible for the polish to dry. Then they don’t provide a small fan to dry the polish, and not even the spray that helps the polish dry.
I will attach the pictures of my both hands.
Then for my pedicure,
the lady cut my toes without consulting me with the length, even though I said for the big toes I want longer nails.
Then she starts with a pedicure that is not a pedicure, she buffs my feet dry, and soaks them for like 10 seconds, but at least this one removed the cuticles.
The application of nail polish was mediocre, gel polish should be put in thicker layer for the color to be at its best, but she didn’t.
Regarding the hygiene, as much as they want to pretend they are hygienic, they’re just making a show, the poor girls were working without gloves, imagine a PEDICURE without gloves, so they do not care if their staff gets fungus. Now, they give you a pack that is supposed to be sealed as in sanitized but if they do not give the girls gloves to work with on pedicure, then the fungus will spread from their hands, and I feel very sorry for them for having to do their job in such conditions.
Their pedicure chair is so uncomfortable, I had back pain after leaving because I had to put my foot on the poor girl’s lap, and for her it must be so uncomfortable as well, now you take so much money for the service might as well invest in some footrests for the benefit of the client and for your staff to b able to do a better job.
I have been to many salons in my life in this one is by far THE WORST.
