I'm in an electric wheelchair and wanted to go into town, when the Metro pulled in there was no way my wheelchair would go over the large gap to get me in, There was no one there with a ramp, I had to use the yellow phone for help and was informed I had to book a ramp 4 hours in advance, this isn't stated on the Web page, they said that they would send one up but I had to wait 45mins for a train to come in with someone there with a ramp, and was told to book one for my return journey to the airport.

All very good,very clean,loads of places to eat and have a drink,plenty of other shops.

Loved the journey. Very beautiful view outside. Less crowd (due to the pandemic ).
People following social distancing and also the once who don't.

One time service and fair price.

Good there is a metro at the airport, bad signaling, it took us too long to find.

Airport ok but end up with food poisoning from the priority lounge. So I was sick the whole flight and had diarrhoea all the time in Paris before I cut my connection plate. Do not eat there at all

absolute disgrace . dropped the wife off there 2 mins charged £7.00
at short stay 1.
even drop off point would be £4 00 minimum
if you go to this money making pit
go to short stay 2 which it is a short walk
You should get that for free if you stay for less than 15mins.

It is not a big airport so cannot expect aerobridge connection. So remember to keep your jacket with you as you may be exposed to atmosphere directly once you land. Lot of shops at duty free area after the security checks but none or very few near the gates. So complete the purchase before going to gates. Lot of packing places but it is paid. Bus services available to long parking area.
