We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The hotel is just apposite to warner brothers. Characters meet and greet schedule was very helpful. My daughter enjoyed seeing them multiple times during the day either at the lobby or the restaurant. At 8pm, Bugs bunny wear pajamas at the lobby, so you can have your kids wear pajamas and take pictures with it. We had half board, We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Food was good for adults and kids. I totally recommend booking half board as the food on the theme parks is usually fast food so at least kids can have healthy food for breakfast and dinner.

I don't know where to start! We had such an amazing 5 day stopover with you to break up our journey from NZ to UK. We are so glad we chose this hotel, I have never seen the kids so excited!
The hotel is very clean and spacious, even though it was full while we were there, it never felt it.
We had breakfast daily and found earlier was quieter, but even at busy times the buffet was stocked with delicious food and the restaurant was not too crowded. Brendon was an absolute delight each day! Our boy Ethan would love to tell you Brendon is so kind and caring! He would listen to my son's stories each morning and answer his questions with enthusiasm!
We only had a little hiccup with getting the wrong room, but this was sorted swiftly with Maurice kindly helping move our bags for us. Reception were lovely and nothing was a problem.
The complimentary theme park tickets were a big pull in our booking of this hotel, such a money saver! We made the most of these!
We would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely return!!

Exceptional service from the moment we checked in at 2am and got a cheese and snack platter to the meals at the buffet where everyone was extremely attentive to every need. Would also like to compliment the Concierge for helping with my late bags and the night manager for helping us make an adjustment to our reservation. Just an incredible and friendly staff that really helped us have a wonderful stay. Can’t compliment the hotel enough on the high level of professionalism that was shown across the board. Also the free tickets to all the yas island theme parks and the proximity to them makes this the perfect hotel for families wanting to visit them.

Absolutely magical. My family and I celebrated two birthdays here. Having bugs bunny deliver milk and cookies to your room was amazing. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful especially Jenelle, Ashleigh and Emmanuel. Will definitely consider returning for another birthday weekend.

We brought several pals with us. Both the hotel and the service are outstanding. I had a good time. I'd want to express my gratitude to the Kids Club staff for providing such excellent care for my four-year-old daughter. They made it possible for me to enjoy my visit since, for once, I didn't have to worry for my child. I want to thank Jaz in particular

I am surprised by all the good comments, I think it’s a paid ad! Since the time of booking and I am experiencing a bad journey but I decide to continue due to the hotel's location. The hotel is not a family printed, in fact, I am surprised that it's a 5-star hotel.

Customer service: poor.
Atmosphere: noisy it's like living in the street because of the walls being extremely thin.
Bed: uncomfortable.
Breakfast: awful and there is no kid's buffet.
Room service: horrible

All the signs of bad experience I have already witnessed but I decided to move on due to the high-rated reviews I saw here. Choose another hotel if you wish to have a pleasant experience.

The hotel is family friendly. This our first time hotel experience with movie night beside the pool. Children can watch cartoons while swimming. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff are kind and hospitable and nice especially Ms. Nessa who ensured that we have a good dining experience at the “side kicks”.

To begin with, I don't usually write reviews, but in this case, it's necessary to inform prospective bookers. We reserved three rooms, but upon check-in around 5 pm, they only provided us with two rooms. Moreover, it took them over an hour to finally give us the second room.

This morning, when we headed to the theme park, we requested housekeeping to tidy up our room and ensure that my room's switch was turned on. Despite personally informing housekeeping, contacting the front desk twice, and speaking with the manager, it's now 4 pm and they claim they are still double-checking. All we receive as a response is a repeated apology.

Traveling with kids can be quite inconvenient in such situations. Therefore, my recommendation would be to consider booking accommodations outside of the Warner Brothers theme park if you plan to visit.

And for the hotel if they are thinking who is reviewing them, I am staying in room no 209 and do not want and apology or a refund. Thanks.
