I’m a long stay guest. Not often making use of in-room dining, but when I do, Aiza is probably of the friendliest people I’ve met.
To be fair all the staff are excellent, special mention should go to Stella from housekeeping, if it wasn’t for her, I’d probably be in another hotel by now.

I stayed here last week of May, I want to write my gratitude to Mavin (I’m sorry if the spelling is not right).
He was our porter, from the warm and welcoming greeting, to the elevator he was very helpful and friendly. Until the room tour, gave us so much information and tips what to do on our 2 days vacation and he is very knowledgeable about the property. Thank you so much and he’s such a gem. True meaning of hospitality

Excellent service from both front desk and room service (Many thanks to ERINA from room service).
Welcoming cookie treats (so yummy). Family friendly vibes with two swimming pools, kids club and one Adult swimming pool.
Breakfast is served in sidekiscks restaurant located in WB hotel which is 2 minutes walk only.
They helped us in early check in and late checkout.
Highly recommended, would come again definitely????????

Best customer service you'll find anywhere. There's a small Cafe called Taste & Time in the lobby, great food and cold beer! Caroline is one of my favorite servers. I went to work early, so she came to work early so I would have breakfast before I left. Where else would you find service like that? Thanks so much Caroline, you and the staff.

Beautiful hotel with three lovely pools to choose from - which includes an adults only pool with a bar! The staff were so great, really helpful and gave us a warm cookie upon check in ???? we will definitely be back when we next need to stay on Yas Island!

I will try to be fair as much as I can, I used to stay in Hilton and double try by Hilton in so many countries , and this was my worst experience, we reached the hotel around 1 pm. Direct to front desk to do the check in and it took long time, and they stated clearly that check in time is 3 pm (accepted as per the hotel policy) however there is a chance to get the rooms earlier, so I stay in WB hotel lobby since they don’t have their own.
And then the story started, I came after 30 minutes asking about the room and they said not ready yet the supervisor is checking to confirm the room is ready will take maybe 20 minutes, ok
I returned after 30 minutes to check and still the same reply that the supervisor is checking the rooms! And keep saying the same unit 3:40 pm (which is after the hotel check in time) and we received only one room. The second one will be received after 15 minutes.
Ok now we need the languages to be sent to the room .. I stayed in the front of the reception keep asking them for almost 20 minutes to send them to the room!! And finally someone came to get them to the room. Now it’s time to get the second room as promised (surprise!! Not yet) the supervisor still checking the room but we found all that time nobody was in the room and they just keep promising us as lie to us (sorry to say) and then get the room after 4:30.
After that the manager called me offering a dinner in hotel :)
The main issue that they just missed up the vacation plans since we had 3 days .. so we missed one day because of the promising
If they state it at the beginning we could have our day in WB or other park rather than keep waiting in the lobby and miss the whole day.
Now regarding the room, the shower tub is too high!! Kids or old people can’t jump in to get a show, and the wifi not working around the full apartment only the living room.
I will give a star for the location.

Great experience from the entrance of the hotel to the room. The rooms are themed and Tom and Jerry moves around the hotel. The service is exceptional, thanks to Stella our housekeeper for ensuring our room is clean and tidy, Marvin for the luggage assistance and the best apartment tour and orientation.

Very nice Experience at Yas island double tree, the kids enjoyed it so much and the cookies. The service was also good, thanks to Stella from housekeeping very kind and friendly, Marvine the bell boy and the characters from wb.
I totally recommend!
