I need an email address for complain and solve my sitiation.
I bought a pair of earings.I did not get a cleaning kit.
I did not get my document for tax free refund although I came back next day asking for it when I realizez they did not make it even I gave my pașaport when they asked for it

So disappointed that, for such a special and expensive brand, the service was not what we expected. Since the moment that me and my friend entered into the store, we felt followed up from this person (the vendor), never asking if we were looking for something in particular, or needed some support but just following us and looking at us in such a spiteful way, that he made me feel like if I was about to steal something.
We asked to see for an special bracelet we were looking for, and with a bad mood and complete silence, he showed it to us without any explanation of the materials and so on.
We letteraly ran away without buying anything at all, such a bad vendor does not deserve my time and my money, and such a bad vendor should not be Tiffany's ambassador

Upon opening of my birthday gift that my husband picked up for me, I realized that the item is stained with some sort of drops. We expected to receive flawless service at Tiffany’s, where else, if not here? Resolve the question quickly, get an apology and a new item in return.
However, we stumbled upon rude, bad-mannered clerks behind the counter, acting as if it is a bazaar/souq, giggling while we are trying to prove that the item is damaged, and then they try to persuade you that there are no stains, that it is okay, bargaining with you (!) that maybe they can send it to a workshop to get fixed (an absolutely new item, never worn, to a workshop?! are you kidding me?) and then offering you another piece from behind the counter, which is even more scratched, trying to persuade you (AGAIN!) that it is okay. Who likes to be treated like a fool? That store is for you.
Let me remind you, it is a birthday gift you’ve always dreamed of.
