Awful service, just run out shop now…
we r in process of choosing wedding rings, sales assistant in very commanding tone told me “be very careful with contact!! U can scratch the ring”

Never knew that I can damaged a ring badly with other ring buy trying it 3 seconds.

Shame on brand, in Dubai stores service is very professional and incomparable with this store

I used to go to Cartier in Etihad Towers but since they closed down this branch became my favourite. Fadwa is the best person to speak to if you need guidance and support. She’s always very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable.

Shortage of employees. Came twice & waited for long in every visit, yet no one came to assist! I came knowing what i wanted to purchase. 100% disappointed by this branch.
