Absolutely unprofessional and lack of competence. After confirming both addresses (collection & delivery) and receiving a booking number, i am told the driver refused to collect it from the collection location because the person handing over (the document) does not know the exact delivery address.
Why did he have to? As a customer representative- upon receiving all details and phone numbers; why was it not delivered to the courier person?
If any discrepancies, why was i not contacted immediately?
Waste of time and day.

I was ignored first and second shipments but third almost all same cases, lied,bad service, delays.
Even though you follow the tracking information we find is lie . Exp: we connect.. never contact even if email.

Oh My... they are really really expensive they are charging me 799aed for one document to Philippines they are more expensive than DHL and UPS.
