Very bad experience.. I showed them a picture of the henna design I want and I think they assigned a lady with no experience to do it and I started showing her what to do and show her the picture and explain the details. It was so ugly that I asked her to stop, pay for one hand and wash it.
The receptionist didn’t even try to convince me that she will assign another lady to do my second hand or even apologize for the bad experience I had

I wonder how credible a male's review of a ladies salon that they can not enter during its working hours. I can only cornfirm that the salon looks very wonderful and lively, with many facilities that you can enjoy beside pampering yourself. I have only worked in it after its working hours since male's are not allowed.

A good service and staff but the worst thing is that there’s no alot of choices for nail polish ( colors ) and brands of the polish

Amazing staff, got my hair and nails done and they did a fantastic job. A nice employee gave me a tour of the gym and pool it looks very nice. Im surprised its not too far from where I lived i really didnt expect it to be this good. Going for a facial this week cant wait!!

awesome place for all abu dhabi residents who want to go for a luxury spa services. now the swimming pool also open for all there. the best thing of this place is the lighting that make this place more beautiful to be looked good from outside. This place is full of customer . i must say its very famous and successful spa and beauty center in shakbout city area of abu dhabi
