I had to entertain a couple visiting Alain and decided to have dinner at Vicks specially getting the amazing Cahteaubriand the most expensive dish in the menu….we have had it several times ourselves at the pool.
I was completly dissapointed the way it was served…I assume they have changed their trained individual….it arrived on the side not covered and the person serving was pointing each piece in my face….it was cut already in 4 pieces….. really dissapointed.
It is not a simple fillet mignion dish from the menu.
Both orders, two different orders should be coming in the silver trolley shown to each couple and then cut….there is a serving process when you order this dish for two.
Anyways, I think they will fix this in the future… thank you

I love this bar. It’s welcoming and friendly and there’s always someone to chat with if you come alone. Located inside Al Ain Rotana, Trader Vic’s is alive and a wonderful place to have some drinks and food. I hadn’t been there in 4 years but recently was back in town and I walked in to the warm atmosphere and sat at the bar. The bartender, Volley, remembered me from when I used to live in the city. I was astonished when I sat down and asked if he remembered what I like to drink. He said, Malbec, and he was correct. After serving thousands of customers, he remembered me and made me feel like I was a special guest. He is very talented and professional and the customers always enjoy his sense of humor. The staff is always smiling and friendly. I highly recommend stopping by and enjoying a beverage and some Cuban beats. Say hi to Volley!

Went for bar night with friends.. ordered cocktails like Rum Keg and Nippon Tea Punch.. it is good and refreshing.. enjoying with live band.. overall experience is good..

Good food, great atmosphere.
I didn't try their seafood and I regret it, so I next time I will try their seafood then update my review.

Nice vibe as usually in Tradr vic's. I took duck salad. I was not that satisfy about the taste, but in general, it stays one of the best places to eat on Al Ain.

Trader Vics always have a unique taste. Best place to escape after a hard day of work.
Slower service if you sit outdoors.
Hassan served us and he was excellent.

Lovely experience for my birthday! Love music is great and the cocktails was amazing! Definitely recommended.

Its great place and cosy atmosphere. Very nice staff with good quality hospitality. Good food and value for money ????. Nice place to visit with family and friends
