A very convenient place if you need alcohol for private consumption in Al Ain. They have everything you would ever need, just like at home. Prices are a little higher, but comparable, since the abolishment of the 30% tax; so good value all round. Would recommend.

Very bad experience as always. Today I went this shop and I grab some whisky and some beer and I hand over the cash to cashier hand and the change she returns back by the time I just simply ask to that Philipeno lady cashier how are you and she replied to me “what’s you problem.” And she endorsed to security and she is telling to him can you explain to him.?
She is the cashier and why the security he have to convince me about the matter if she can’t handle the situation why she is standing to the cash better security handle the cash and do all thing. Very bad attitude even many times I complain about this two Philipeno lady’s but your team doesn’t take any action. It’s ok for us we have many liquor store in Alain you guys not only the one who sellings. But overall it’s always bad customer service

I bought this Vodka bottle and found that there is no seal, this is the second time I received bottle without seal, they are selling duplicate, be careful and I will suggest check before buying

Nice liquor store with well thought out selection. Like most liquor stores in the UAE , it is hidden. It located on the Rotana property, but hidden down the loading dock driveway behind the ballrooms. There is parking there, or you can park by the ballrooms and walk down.

Many choices at reasonable prices. Staff are excellent, shelves are always stocked. Deals all year round. Can get a bit crowded and parking in front of the store is very limited, good thing the hotel parking can be used and you can walk a few minutes to the store. Overall, 5 stars.

This is where I always buy drinks for us. Good price and they have promo always. Weekend is crowded and always park your car in front of Paris Gallery and walk down to this place as sometimes its hard to get out from their own parking. Staff are accommodating!
