The rooms are old with old furnitures, and NO available complimentary items like coffee & tea, towels, slippers & toiletries. You will need to call & ask for it, and wait for some time to have it.
Wifi connection is very weak.

What's worst is, the swimming pool is available from 10AM to 4PM only.
If you check-in at 2pm, you must use the pool right away if you want (in this burning hot season????).
For us, we didn't know the timings as reception did not informed us on check in, so we went to the pool after 4pm and they are charging us 25 aed per head to use the pool for 3hrs. Pool is what we always want because of our kids, but here it's terrible! To add, swimming pool area is very dirty.

The next day, we will swim at 10am but they are cleaning the pool and putting the chlorine chemicals @10am (why not at 7am or 8am atleast???????), then informed us it can be used after 2hrs because of the chlorine. It means it will be ready by 12noon, when sun is too high and it's check out time.. Obviously, they dont want clients to use the pool for free, you can use after 4pm but with charge.
NEVER again to this hotel!

I was checked in around 1:30 am the receptionist guy was so rude he’s not even listening first he said there’s no booking i was so disappointed then i showed him the confirmation after that he did the check-in . I am so disappointed about the front office. Then we went to the room the door is not opened because the battery is low Then in the room there was nothing no slippers no bathroabs and no dental kits and no coffee even the telephone is already broken when we went to the reception to say that we can’t unlock the door he doesn’t even care about us. This is the worst experience I ever had and was extremely disappointed with the service provided by the receptionist. Although the room was decent, the lack of professionalism and rude demeanor of the receptionist made my stay extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor customer service. It is a shame as the room itself was good, but the poor service ruined the entire experience.

The receptionist there wont even listen to people standing. If we call to confirm the booking even though there is more than two people at reception they will say they are busy. And even wont listen what we have say. And they don't ask anything in a polite way always they will rude.

For a good stay never go here.

I had stay at the Trianon Royal Hotel in Abu Dhabi. Located opposite to Al mariah mall, easy access TK the main street like khalifa, Hamdan, Electra. Some super markets and restaurants are near by. Rooms was spacious and interior is to be updated like sofa set and chairs. Spa, swimming pool and fitness is Available. Two restaurants available with live music. The lifts capacity is allowed for two people and very slow, requires more time waiting to get inside or outside. Wash rooms and dressing room are spacious. Taxis are available always in front. This is valuable for money and those need to stay with reasonable prices, recommended to opt.

It is not pricey, The room is spacious, and it is in the city center. However, the african receptionist is rude. The room is smelly, atleast they put some fresheners to make is smell nice. They prepare only 1 tea, sugar etc.Overall, I will rate it 4

The rooms are ok, a bit old styled with flaws. But it is cheap to stay if you are only looking for a a place to sleep. The front desk has only a singular person checking you in so it can take some time. The hotel itself doesn't have parking but just right infront of the hotel there is a basement parking by Mawaqif which only costs 15 AED per day. There are alot of fast food restaurants near the hotel to get lunch or dinner.

Good location, there is no free parking and haven't pool, room is good ???? and hotel location on the middle of the city near that many restaurants and Maria mall

The WiFi signal at this location is extremely weak and barely functions.

Upon attempting to use the gym facilities, we were asked to pay an additional fee.

We found the staff to be unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Late check-out was limited to 12:30 PM, and we received consistent calls from 11:00 AM reminding us to check out. ????????

First and last time there.

Poor service, not clean room, poor customer service. I entered the room and found out tht there is no towels and all. We ask the staff to give me another key card and the answer is “WAIT WE ARE BUSY”. Now I know the reason why they don't have more guest.
