It is the worst service in the whole UAE ever.
The staff is very slow and seems like they don't want to do their job.
Over the years of dealing with them, I have had many problems.
The last problem that occurred was that an employee of theirs made a wrong procedure with immigration, which led to the rejection of my application for residency, although the mistake was from the employee, but they forced me to pay an amount of 1100 dirhams.

It's been 4 years since i had my first interaction with the twofour54. Since then, I have not seen a bit of improvement. Instead, it's been a steep decline in customer retention and satisfaction.
They have customer service that does not meet customers, does not like to talk to them on the phone, and worst of all, they don't even bother to read email.
The worst part is their department, which handle user complaint, does not read or reply to them.

They took 30 days to renew a license, which did not need renewal yet to deliberately waste my time. Now they have done it, and they dont bother to apply for a visa.

Worst of all, they don't forget to send u real estate updates and offer around them. What good are they if people are stuck abroad.

I'm a big fan of TWOFOUR54 but I have to say my visa renewal took way too long, they are very slow at replying and the portal doesn't work very well.......
I have work and I have to travel, the renewal shouldn't take 3-4 weeks

I don't know why people are expressing their bad experience with TwoFour54 but i recently experienced very smooth and quick responses while registering my company. I would suggest that customers should approach a right person to response them accordingly.

They were good before 3 years when they were answering calls and taking care of partners. Currently no one inside care about you or your business or your applications.

Try to set up as freelancer with them and after 3 months of late email replies that just asked me for more forms to be filled I ended up doing my visa with a Dubai based company that just in 3 days started my status change. Inefficient and careless staff
