They let you choose delivery timing and then deliver it on the time that they actually prefer ???? like I chose my delivery to be from 4:00-7:00 but their driver called me at 12 (I was at work and no one is at home) and he refused to bring me my delivery on the time I chose (note that he delivered my ID card which is an official document) and he said I’ll leave it somewhere in your house and he left the envelope under car’s windshield wiper ! So unprofessional

من اسوا ما حدث معي اليوم تاريخ 1/6/2023 بالعاده يتصل قبل بيوم المره هذي ما رديت عليه نصف ساعة يريد يعاقبني على على الاتصال ويخبرني انه جاي مايجي على كيفهم العمال يشتغلون والله انه الشركة ما تدري شو اللي حاصل مافي اي تتبع من الشركة للشحنات المرسلة من الجهات الحكومية تاخير واهمال والله ان شاء الله احد يرد علي من هذي الشركة

خدمات الشركة سيئة جدآ أنصح أي أحد ألا يوصل معاهم
أي منتجات حساسة ومستعجلة مثل الأدوية ،لا توجد إدارة للشكاوي ولا متابعة وموظفي الكول سنتر معلوماتهم متضاربة وغير دقيقة بالإضافة إلى أن موظفي التوصيل ابعد ما يكونوا عن الالتزام بالوقت واحترام المتعاملين
