Everything you would expect from a 200 year old house with all decor suited for then and now. All 8 rooms are en suite with Double beds and some with single beds in with Doubles. Clean and very tidy. Kitchen has not long been replaced and has Everything you need. There 17 of us stay here for a family wedding and we had a great time. Would recommend for small wedding parties.

We booked this place for a hen weekend absolutely perfect???? Lots of rooms and showers! Lady was really nice and had no problem with our cheesy music all night or over the top decorations.

We had a great family gathering here. Lots of rooms, modern kitchen, traditional dining and living rooms.

Lovely house. It had all amenities we needed for our friends reunion. I particularly enjoyed waking up to the sound of cows mowing.

Comfortable and spacious. Excellent base for surrounding attractions. Dog friendly. Would definitely recommend for large get togethers.

Great place if looking for somewhere for large group getaway, walking distance to Pitlochry, not that you’d need to go as you have your own wee bar!
