01. Horrible experience. Always waiting too long. ATM Display is not visible because of sunlight reflected from mirror my eyes got buried I hardly see Atm displays for me its a headache to visit ubl atm mussafha and also very slow
And also need to change a bank note
Thay ask me to wait on Q after 10 min the cashier refused to change the currencie note. I wish they had better work attitude and momentum

The worst bank i have ever seen in my life specially the branch operational manager ( Faisal ) is so rude and non professional person in the bank. He misbehave and shouted on me in front of all the staff and customers. Because i was having an issue with my Debit card and i wanted to inquire him.
Please dont open accounts in this bank. The staff will make you cry if you faced any issue.

I WAS THINK OPEN MY ACCOUNT IN UBL.. BUT WHEN I READ REVIEW OF THAT BANK I CHANGED MY MIND ....AND ALSO SOME ONE TOLD ME ONE DAY YOU WITHDRAW ONLY 5000 FROM ATM... DEAR UBL PLEASE MAKE BETTER YOUR SERVICE AND IF YOU SERVICE IS BETTER WHY WE CHOICE OTHER BANK

UBL is always a 5⭐️ Bank which have top position in Pakistan banking industry.
Its presence in Musaffah is giving a bit of Pakistani flavor.
Mr Muhammad Irfan and Security guy are awesome people of UBL.

Pathetic bank and rude unprofessional staff without probably 0 compliance and process and worst customer services in UAE. Such a pathetic experience while suffering more than almost 3 weeks to get my current UAE avcount open just for the sake of transfering remittances online to Pakistan. But don't know how this bank and branch is running and nobody is monitoring performances and behaviours of employees working or time passing here.

Once I lodged a complaint against one official for not guiding properly at the time of account opening. Years later when I went to the branch the same "polite" guy recognized me by name and was reasonably rude. Why would a bank even think of hiring such people, no option?
