I needed a replacement seat belt for my Ford fiesta. My mechanic recommended Rowleys Autos. I phoned up and got a very polite man saying they could definitely help. I went the following morning the men identified the correct model of my car straight away and went to get the seat belt.
They came back with it within 5 minutes. They charged me £40 if I ordered this via Ford it would have been over £140.00 very.

On both occasions I spoke on the phone they where rude & never really made any sense. Only went for a free MOT which they did & didn't have to wait to long. But overall wouldn't choose to use that garage again.

Very help full. I purchased a spare wheel from them for my mobility vehicle. Not only was it a fair price but one of the employee,s carried it into my vehicle as I have health issues. Certainly use them again. Thank you.

gone there for several different parts for several different cars and thay never have it in stock as soon as I ask thay just think for a second and say no we haven't got is bad customer service if I could give it 0 star rating I would

Getting used parts from the scrap yard bit is a waste of time and money. 9 times out of 10 the part isn't the right one and their more interested in getting rid of ya than helping you get the part you need!

I've called in to make sure they have the part I need. I went to collect it and when I arrived 20 min after the phone call they told me that they haven't got the part. Wasted my time
