Very helpful and friendly staff! One of the girls working there called Jana was particularly helpful. She helped me find exactly what I want, supported with size and color coordination

Worst customers service of all VS Branch Galleria Mall. I kindly ask if can possibly exchange the lotions items i bought and the on floor staff named Priyansa rudely with intonation of voice. Very unethical behaviour.

Poor customer service, unfriendly, did not try to find a solution for my problem. Seems like customer satisfaction is not a priority.
