Hello I would like to say BIG THANK YOU to lovely reception staff and all the team members including Peak Pharmacy. I came as emergency as I live in Leicester and wake up with case of Tonsillitis. I got helped and with in few hours I been seen by doctor. Thank you again. There maybe still hope for NHS if all surgeries work same way as you.I called my own surgery 20 times on same day with no respond.

First time here using the on the day service for my daughter. The Receptionist and Nurse we saw were lovely.

Seen at the appointment time. Nice waiting area. Easy access for all including wheelchairs.

Absolutely amazing service !! Couldn't fault them at them got my little boy in straight away for an appointment, diagnosed him straight away and gave the right treatment . The nurse Hannah was amazing thank you for making my little boy better!!

Previously I have been somewhat critical of the care provided by this Medical Centre largely due to the difficulty in getting appointments. I’d like to add some balance after this morning’s experience. We were able to get appointments late morning and the care, thoroughness and professionalism of both Doctor Hughes and Doctor Nash couldn't have been better - both wonderful additions to NHS Primary Care. Thank you ladies.

I was booked an appointment by my local gp to come here because I have been suffering really bad with back pain recently. I have not got a single bad word to say about the the place. Could this be because I have only been there once? Maybe but the lady on reception was lovely and the physio I saw Chris, he was amazing he gave great advice and was very understanding.

They say on hold they offer a multitude of services on the day and in advance, video, call or in person. They even say if it's none urgent call after 11am....

So I call later on for a none urgent appointment and get told by reception to call on the day at 8am to get a same day appointment and she has no idea when they will be doing advanced bookings.

What is the point of recording a phone message if you contradict it.

Such poor service to offer only on the day appointments.
It feels stupid when it's a none urgent appointment to call you a million times before I get through to be told there's none left. Utterly ridiculous...

I am only posting about the car park so left a neutral 3 stars. Someone needs to tell the delivery people NOT to park in the disabled bays.
